The room was quite spacious with very nice maintenance. The Baumwall station is very close , allowing easy access to harbour cruises. The staff showed politeness. they are conversant in English. The location is perfect to reach many cool places.

the staff at the desk offered excellent customer service. they gladly stored our suitcases after checkout. this allowed us to explore the city without carrying luggage, this was convenient.

I found the rooms to be very spacious. The location of the hotel near the harbour suited my needs. The bar was also nice.
I wasn't informed about this beforehand. The noise started early in the morning and disrupted my sleep. I asked at reception if Sunday would be the same. The employee was not helpful!
