the hotel has a great location among charming streets. the rooms were a high standard. the beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were perfect! the breakfast was delicious and varied.
the tv had a wooden frame, i couldn't connect my laptop to watch netflix.

The breakfast had an very nice menu. It met my expectations! though, the front desk staff was professional.
The room heating used the ac, and even set above 30 celsius, the room stayed very cold. It was like 17-18 degrees, and i received a heater but the room felt too big for it.

The hotel location proved excellent. I found the staff helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast had much variety including options for kids. The pool area provided a nice towel service and seemed well-managed.
The air conditioning did not work effectively. I complained to the front desk, but no action happened.
