the room was well-soundproofed. i enjoyed the comfortable bed. the hotel's location proved ideal for accessing various s-bahn and u-bahn lines. the provided room facilities met all my needs perfectly.
the check-in process had a significant queue. the staff seemed unhappy. i felt unsure about my choice of hotel because of this experience.

The room was a good size and well equipped. The climate was perfect and the service was REALLY good. The location had easy access to the shopping and entertainment areas of the city. That was a HUGE plus.
The check-in process had a long queue, and the staff looked unhappy. They were also not very helpful. I felt unsure about choosing this hotel. The room wasn't cleaned well. It was dusty and the bed was too hard for me. I found some hairs in the bed that were not mine.

the room had a junior suite layout that was amazing. the minibar stocked coffee, juices, and beer without any charge. it was a great experience.
the parking situation was a slight inconvenience, as the public parking lot nearby is always busy. finding a spot could be tricky, especially during peak hours.

the room was spacious enough (i didn't feel claustrophobic at all).
The minibar was a joke. It didn't cool anything, actually warming my beverages. also, finding english channels on the tv was like searching for a needle in a haystack. i flipped through every channel and found nothing.
