The room was spacious (i think it was a Nikolai Beautiful). I found the bathroom amenities very nice. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.
The minibar did not cool properly. The tv had limited international channels. I noticed some dust on the higher shelves, slightly off-putting.

The suite had a high-end bar with amazing drinks and a large comfy bed. I really loved the large shower. It was a great way to start the day. The breakfast was delicious. It was a definite highlight of my stay.
The hotel was very noisy. I was awakened early each morning by doors slamming and shaking the walls.

the hotel location was excellent. i could easily walk to the elbphilharmonie from there. welcome drinks were a nice touch. the rooms were tastefully decorated.
there was no help with luggage when i checked in. the parking offered by the hotel was far away and not convenient. it made checking out more difficult.

the location was acceptable, everything was nearby.
My minibar didn't work. The key cards stopped working all the time. i had to stand in line at reception to reactivate access. The climate control wasn't working. i had to ask for an extra blanket at night. Things you don't expect. even basic information wasn't correct.
