the room was clean and it did seem comfortable enough, i guess.
the noise at night was immense. I could hear traffic all night. the staff said they cannot control the traffic, helpful. also, there was no air conditioning.

The location is easy to reach from the central station. Several restaurants are around the building. A good breakfast had good atmosphere in the breakfast hall. The staff are nice.

i had a free room upgrade so the space was better than i anticipated. lighting was good around the room and plug sockets were placed well for charging devices. the bathroom was properly maintained and dry.
the hotel bar was closed, so there was only water available.

the hotel is close to the railway station and some cafes are also nearby the room had air conditioning i found a kettle provided in the room this was quite useful i could make coffee easily.
the first floor room lacked complimentary water bathrobes and slippers

Excellent Stay, Spacious Rooms and Convenient Location

My room was spacious and well kept, with classy interiors and good lighting. I appreciated the well-placed plug sockets for charging my devices. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and dry. The water pressure in the shower was just right.. I also found the location superb, with easy access to the U-Bahn station and the main train station.
I did notice that some staff could be a bit friendlier, as a small improvement point.

The hotel is near the Hauptbahnhof and very close to a U-Bahn station, easy to get around. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. It is a very convenient location.

The staff made an extra effort to change rooms for me, which I greatly appreciated. The wellness and fitness area on the top floor was a plus, offering good amenities. The staff addressed our needs effectively.
