the location is REALLY convenient near the altona bahnhof. i appreciated the front desk receptionists' attention. the staff member who assisted me is a treasure for this hotel!!! kindness goes a long way to help guests settle in.

the bathroom wasn't very clean, it didn't smell very good! the floor was greasy.
