i was charmed by the modern rooms. the complimentary coffee in the lobby was a welcome treat, i made sure to enjoy it. the sound isolation was effective, a plus. berliner tor station is so close and convenient.
the lack of a refrigerator in the room was just a slight inconvenience, i must say.

Mediocre Stay, Some Issues

The check-in was quick. I will give them that.
I was awakened by noise from the showers, that was not ideal. The baby food options were also limited, and the staff seemed unwilling to provide even a simple scrambled egg for my baby, which I found quite inconvenient. What a disaster! The overall experience just didn't meet the standards that I would expect. Very underwhelming.
