mixed feelings about this stay

uninterested receptionist no water

The reception staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests. i asked for directions to a nearby attraction. the receptionist gave a vague response. This wasn't helpful. also, the room lacked basic amenities. There was no complimentary water. this was a small thing. but it would have made the stay more comfortable

superb location helpful staff

the hotel location is genuinely superb, just a short walk to major attractions, about 15 minutes. my room was consistently clean, and i found the staff at the front desk helpful and cute. i appreciated the ease of getting around the city center on foot (it really enhanced my experience!).

speicherstadt location uber transport subway station

the hotel is near the speicherstadt. i reached everything i wanted by walking or taking an uber. there is a subway station nearby. the location was AMAZING!!!

convenient proximity major attraction spacious bathroom easy access

The hotel's proximity to the U-Bahn station was very convenient. I could easily walk to many major attractions. The room allowed me to fully open my suitcase. The bathroom was spacious (a plus!).

The absence of a mini-fridge in the room was a minor inconvenience.

underwhelming stay with some issues

slow check-in ineffective heater

the location was central, made getting around relatively easy.

The check-in process was slow. I waited almost an hour. also, the room felt quite cold. the heater didn't seem to. It never got warmer.

the location was good with easy access to transport. it was a short walk to the central train station and the metro station was close. i had a quadruple room. the room had huge windows.

the elderly staff member at the reception was unfriendly.
