solid alster stay

great greeting river view engaging service

The room was big, and the view on the alster was pretty good. i appreciate the day bed, also a desk faced the river. greeting from patrick at the front desk was great. It was really engaging. i am thankful for the little things at this hotel.

relaxing lakeside stay

lakeside setting comfortable room attentive service easy access

i found the location unbeatable since it was right by the alster lake the lakeside setting really added a relaxing touch to my stay there were beautiful walking paths just outside the door i liked the rooftop bar it was an very nice spot to unwind with a drink while watching the sunset over the water the views were fine. the hotel has a modern and stylish interior and i enjoyed it. i also really appreciated the comfortable rooms and attentive service. it was easy to access both the city center and public transport from the hotel.

the light in the bathroom wasn't really suitable for putting on makeup so i did it in the living room near my small channel mirror

Okay stay, some issues noticed

The room was spacious and it featured good equipment. I did appreciate the view available. The breakfast impressed me and I found its location to be perfect. It was a short walk to the central station.

Lighting in my room seemed like an afterthought. Even with all lights turned on, the room remained quite dark. The bathroom was not in good repair, I noted. The sink stopper was stuck, a definite oversight by housekeeping.

Excellent Stay with Fantastic Views

The Urban Room was spacious enough for my family. We enjoyed the breakfast served with a nice view from the ninth floor. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The hotel's location next to the Alster made it easy to walk to the central station.

I found that the gym was too small, with only two treadmills. It was often fully occupied.

i found the location very accessible, a short walk from the central station (about 15 minutes). the breakfast offered a great view overlooking the alster from the 9th floor (i especially enjoyed the quiet table).
