Fantastic Hotel Experience
polite staff clean room lovely shower huge selection
The staff members were polite and helpful. They assisted with every request. The room had ample space. It was also very clean and quiet. The shower was lovely! Breakfast offered a huge selection of food options. Many local and organic choices were available.
The gym equipment wasn't ideal, it could be improved for a better workout experience.

The room was modern. It was also clean. The bed was very comfy. I also enjoyed the spacious bathroom, complete with contemporary fittings and high-quality toiletries. I rested well!

Breakfast had many options. The food was AMAZING!!! The restaurant provided many healthy items. Everything tasted fresh. I especially liked the pastries. They were baked perfectly.

bad odour hot room
The breakfast had a great selection.
The porter ignored me when I arrived by taxi. The toilet had a bad odor throughout my stay. This was really unpleasant. The room was too hot. Engineers looked at it, but nothing changed.

closed restaurant unsafe neighborhood
The hotel restaurant was closed, a real problem. It limited my dining options since there aren't many places nearby. The neighborhood felt unsafe at night because I saw many homeless people. the refrigerator in my room didn't work, and despite reporting it, it never got fixed. I think they should notify customers prior to arrival if something like this is going on.
