I found the location very convenient. It is close to the train station. the area has many restaurants. the upper floor offers a beautiful view, but i missed having more coffee options.
the cleanliness was not up to usual japanese standards, i noticed dust under the beds.

The breakfast included a japanese plate. It was interesting. the hotel provides only one breakfast option each day, but it was tasty. i found the first breakfast in japan very surprising.

the location is close to the airport and offers shuttle services so it was convenient
the hotel seemed cheap on amenities i found hair on the pillows from previous guests and uncleaned areas around the bed and furniture

great location airport shuttle laundry facilities dust issue coffee charge reservation problem
the location was near the train station it made travel simple. the free airport shuttle was very useful though its schedule was limited. i found laundry facilities available this added convenience to my stay.
the cleanliness seemed below expectations with dust noticeable under the beds. i experienced an extra charge for coffee at breakfast even though it was pre-booked and paid for. there was also difficulty locating my reservation upon arrival causing an unnecessary delay.
