The shuttle service was okay. It got me to the airport.

I was very upset to find the gym in poor condition. Some equipment didn't work. also, the cleanliness was lacking. there was dust in corners i saw, and the treadmill i used had someone's old sweat. the room smelled very strongly of smoke. It was difficult to sleep.

The staff were very friendly. I found the airport shuttle easy to use with a regular service. My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was so good (especially the wide assortment of Japanese options).

The pool has short opening hours. The fitness center only has cardio machines. The explanations are in Japanese, difficult for non-Japanese speakers.
