terminal connection many restaurants hot stone spa

the hotel is connected to terminal 3. it is convenient because i could walk there directly. i found many restaurants and shops nearby. i also saw the onsen and hot stone spa though i didn't use them.

the check in process used machines, which took a little time.

The hotel is right inside the airport, a great relief after a long flight. the staff were consistently kind. Even the security guards offered smiles. i appreciated the 24-hour convenience store. It made getting snacks simple.

Finding my way to the onsen felt complex. I had to switch elevators.

Fantastic Airport Hotel Experience!

practical space efficient room family use

The room I booked, a Superior Queen Room Non-Smoking, offered practical spaces. The design was efficient and ideal for family use. The layout allowed for easy movement and luggage placement.

The check-in system used a machine, and it proved cumbersome. It was time-consuming too. Reception staff had to intervene to sort out reservation issues. I think that a traditional check-in process would have been easier.

The hotel provided free shuttle buses, a very convenient service for getting around. Many restaurants and gift shops were close, providing great access to dining and souvenirs. Terminal 3 was right next door, offering easy access.

The breakfast buffet offered both Japanese and western options. Many amenities were available in the room, for example, a toothbrush. The location within the airport terminal made it very convenient for my early morning flight (i really appreciated this).

I found that I had to pay extra for the spa.

inefficient check-in small room

the location was quite convenient, being directly connected to the airport terminal.

the check-in process was slow and inefficient. the staff member indicated i had only paid for one of the two rooms i had booked, causing a significant delay while i was tired. the room itself was also quite small, and there was very little space to store luggage. this.
