free shuttle delicious choice
the hotel offers a convenient free shuttle to and from the airport. a lovely restaurant is available, and it provides many delicious choices.
The room i had was not very spacious. It was just adequate for a transit hotel near the airport.

poor soundproofing unclean bathroom
the free airport shuttle was punctual and convenient.
the room was not soundproofed, and i heard noise from employees in the hallways at all hours.. the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, and there was dirt under the beds. the furniture felt old and worn.

Really good Airport Hotel Experience!!!

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport. The free shuttle service to all terminals was very comfortable. I found the staff to be very approachable and helpful . The provided welcome milk was a good touch.
The bathrooms in the rooms are a little small, but this is more of an observation.

dated hotel, some issues
stained curtains heating system
the free shuttle service to the airport was really convenient.
the room was not up to par. i noticed stains on the curtains, and the bathroom felt outdated and not as clean as i expected. also, the heating system had only japanese labels, difficult to operate, and the room remained quite cold throughout my stay.

Convenient Airport Stay!
free shuttles airport transfers punctual service convenience store
The hotel offered free airport shuttles to Terminal 1 and 2. Shuttles also ran to Aeon Mall and Narita station. The shuttle service was very punctual, ensuring timely transfers. I appreciated the convenience store located near the hotel.
The bathroom felt a little dated. Though functional, it could use some modern updates.

The breakfast selection had excellent quality, taste, and variety! I enjoyed the many different options available. The restaurant had a canteen-like feel though, and the food seemed a little overpriced.
