i did appreciate the cozy lobby area. the service was nice, with friendly staff always available. i also liked the modern design of the hotel, very simple and clean.

the room lacked of a wardrobe. the air con wasn't working. breakfast seemed expensive for its price.

the hotel lobby was quite inviting. i noticed it has a fun design, very stylish indeed. the staff were very helpful and kind with directions around the city. they even allowed me to leave my bags on the day of check out. i collected them later.

my room was super cold. i asked for a heater but the hotel doesn't have any. the rooms are small. i had to walk to the metro for 15 minutes through snow. they did not clean this snow in front of the hotel.

the room lacked a telephone to call the reception desk. a door connected my room to another, odd. someone tried to enter my room at night through it, very inappropriate.
