cozy stay, great location

cozy lobby friendly staff

i did appreciate the cozy lobby area. the service was nice, with friendly staff always available. i also liked the modern design of the hotel, very simple and clean.

the room lacked of a wardrobe. the air con wasn't working. breakfast seemed expensive for its price.

The room had sound isolation from outside. The staff was nice and helpful . The cleanliness of the room also stood out.

The room did not include a closet. The bathroom had a minor defect. The location faced an interior courtyard, and a party at night felt disruptive.

the location was accessible to public transit which was acceptable.

the room lacked storage i had to live out of my suitcase for several days. the bathroom ventilation was poor this created a sauna effect after showering.

helpful staff stylish design luggage storage cold room small room snowy sidewalks

the hotel lobby was quite inviting. i noticed it has a fun design, very stylish indeed. the staff were very helpful and kind with directions around the city. they even allowed me to leave my bags on the day of check out. i collected them later.

my room was super cold. i asked for a heater but the hotel doesn't have any. the rooms are small. i had to walk to the metro for 15 minutes through snow. they did not clean this snow in front of the hotel.

a decent stay

friendly staff helpful staff good shower decent room missing telephone connecting door inappropriate incident

the staff was friendly and helpful. the shower worked well. the room was fine, overall.

the room lacked a telephone to call the reception desk. a door connected my room to another, odd. someone tried to enter my room at night through it, very inappropriate.
