The complimentary pastries and fruit in reception were a good touch. the staff was very helpful. They provided excellent recommendations. i found the location convenient, with easy access to transport. the room was comfortable and clean. I felt very relaxed.
I noticed the shower pressure was not great. It made showering a little less enjoyable.

Complimentary tea and coffee were available in the entry area. fresh coffee was also provided. This was a great convenience. pastries and fruit were offered in the reception area each morning. I appreciated this light breakfast option.

The room featured very comfortable beds and pillows. I slept well. the blue bathroom was cute and spacious, and it had a great shower. complimentary water was available in the room. This was a nice touch.

the hotel is situated in paddington, a great area for exploring. the position is excellent, especially for heading to allianz stadium. transport options to the city and bondi are easily accessible, though the parking was expensive!

The staff were lovely and happy to help with any request i had. dillon was especially helpful and professional. He even packed a pastry and fruit for my train commute. all staff members were cute. I felt very well taken care of.

The location offered many facilities nearby. The staff was very helpful.
The check-in was a mess. I arrived at 2 PM, but my room wasn't ready until 2:45 PM. I had an event to attend at 3 PM, so I missed valuable time that I paid for, and they offered no compensation. Unbelievable!!!

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
milk shortageinadequate room service
The room service was lacking. I received only four small milk cartons and two Tim Tam biscuits for the entire week. This shortage was a disappointment. the room was clean and the bed was made daily.
