I found the staff quite helpful . They allowed me to store luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which helped a lot. I was able to select a room that best suited my needs, with a view to my liking (, made a difference!). Security measures was very good.

The bathroom design could use some updating. It feels a bit dated. (but that didn't affect my sleep).

the location proved convenient for exploring key attractions. i found the proximity to the harbour bridge quite beneficial. the opera house was also easily accessible from the hotel. the rooftop pool offered skyline vistas.

i observed that the check-in process was somewhat slow. a single staff member was available at the front desk during peak hours. this caused a considerable wait time.

the location near circular quay was fantastic I easily walked to many attractions. my room featured lovely city views it was clean. breakfast included many choices it suited my needs well.

this was slightly frustrating when trying to get to appointments.
