Check-in officially begins at 3pm. However, if rooms are available earlier, the check-in process can start. If you arrive before 3pm and your room isn't ready, luggage can be securely stored until your room becomes available.
Are there shuttle services to and from the airport?

While there is no direct hotel-operated shuttle service, the recommend shuttle bus 'Kingsford Smith Transporter' runs from both Domestic and International Terminals, stopping right in front of the hotel. The fare is approximately $16 per person one way. Alternatively, a train can be taken directly to Circular Quay station for around $17.20, or a taxi costing about $60 to $70, depending on traffic.
