The staff was friendly and helpful . They provided excellent advice on local restaurants. The room included a large, comfortable king bed. The location was also very quiet.
The breakfast was repetitive. It lacked variety. The rooms did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned. I noticed long hairs that likely belonged to previous guests.

All apartments feature bathrooms inside, but please note that My Suite Lisbon has stairs and does not have an elevator.
