The location IS PERFECT. The train station is only minutes away. I booked a Double Room, and it was larger than expected. The breakfast was good with MANY options.

convenient location friendly staff faulty air conditioning high noise

I found the location quite convenient, as it is very close to the main train station. the staff members were friendly. They provided assistance when i needed it.

the air conditioning in my room did not seem to work properly. it was quite warm, difficult to sleep comfortably, the noise level was also a concern, i could clearly hear sounds from adjacent rooms, impacting the tranquility.
