I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the central train station and the metro. the staff were very helpful and kind during check-in. the hotel seemed very eco-conscious. I noticed efforts to sort trash into recyclables, organic matter, and landfill, very thoughtful.

I found the neighborhood to be a little disconcerting during the evening. it made me a bit uneasy to walk around after dark. Better lighting would have been helpful. though the location was perfect! the parking was expensive.

I found the hotel close to the train station with many shops nearby. the staff helped me locate a doctor. This service was very useful. a porter even offered luggage assistance to the station for me. i found all staff very friendly and accommodating.

the hairdryer in my room was not very GOOD. STORAGE SPACE was also limited despite my five-night stay. this was a minor inconvenience, though.
