the breakfast buffet included a huge selection of healthy and vegan options it was a welcome surprise. there is no restaurant for evening meals but many restaurants are nearby. the staff seemed used to uber-eats deliveries at reception. i was impressed with the sustainability efforts and incentives.
the hotel is not a 4 star plus hotel in my opinion. it did not work out with the room right away despite numerous calls and emails. there was no gift or upgrade even though the platinum status was on file. i had to pay 35 euro for a small dachshund per night.

The room size was good. It had a comfortable bed.
the soundproofing was bad, and i could not sleep well because of road noise. it really impacted my rest.

The breakfast buffet included a huge selection of healthy options. It was a very welcome surprise. the staff were super friendly and professional with excellent language skills! i also got a free wine each night for not having my room serviced. there was even a reward for not requesting room service!
