The location was a BIG plus. It was close to Piazza Maggiore. Staff were helpful. I appreciated the luggage room.
The room décor felt dated. I thought it needed some updating and art. There were no refrigerators. The carpet felt bald.

the location proved very convenient. the staff demonstrated helpfulness. i found a great common area adjacent to the cute desk. it was suitable for short meetings.
the room seemed quite outdated. the carpet presented an old appearance. i noticed the absence of air conditioning in the room. it had the potential to negatively impact my overall experience.

The room decor looked quite dated (nothing screams old like floral wallpaper). The floorboards creaked audibly with every step. noise from a nearby cinema persisted late into the evening, impeding my ability to rest.
