friendly staff amazing location worn carpet outdated air conditioning
The location was amazing. It was really near everything. the staff were friendly and accommodating, just lovely.
The carpet in the room seemed a little old and worn. the air conditioning felt quite outdated. It made some noise throughout the night.

stellar location friendly staff room safe
The location was stellar. I walked everywhere. the staff were friendly and efficient. They helped with directions. i also appreciated the safe in the room, it added peace of mind for my valuables!
The outdated decor wasn't my fave. The carpets looked worn.

My room had good space and included air conditioning, very effective. It also had lots of tv channels, cool. The bathroom was a decent size too, with good water pressure.

The reception staff spoke multiple languages. Made communication easy! the check-in was fast and smooth. i needed assistance with my luggage. and they stored it securely all day.

The hotel location really couldn't be better. It was close to everything! i found many restaurants, gelaterias, and cafes very close! the main square was just a block away from the hotel.

Breakfast included options like omelets and bacon, a nice change from just croissants. They also had yogurt. I liked that! the hotel offers 24-hour service, which gave me security. There is also parking available. Though the parking was expensive.

The location is amazing, so close to Piazza Maggiore! I loved the air-conditioning. A solid breakfast included bacon and eggs. That was great. The staff was helpful!

convenient location helpful staff great area outdated room old carpet no air conditioning
the location proved very convenient. the staff demonstrated helpfulness. i found a great common area adjacent to the cute desk. it was suitable for short meetings.
the room seemed quite outdated. the carpet presented an old appearance. i noticed the absence of air conditioning in the room. it had the potential to negatively impact my overall experience.

dated decor persistent noise
The room decor was quite dated (nothing screams old like floral wallpaper). The floorboards creaked audibly with every step. noise from a nearby cinema persisted late into the evening, impeding my ability to rest.
