The hotel interior and rooms were very beautiful. The staff was really lovely and helpful . I found the rooftop pool and seating area to be excellent. The rooms were spacious and everything was super clean, a great advantage.
The negative aspects are entirely due to unhappiness with the room. I requested a room in a quiet location but this was not provided. The only way to have privacy and quiet was to keep the drapes and windows closed. It felt awfully claustrophobic.
