The hotel location is central and I could walk almost anywhere. The staff arranged a taxi to the airport, also obtaining a discount. The sky bar included a pool and food, a plus.
I noticed the gym equipment looks outdated and is either old or broken.

i found the breakfast had a great range of food. it included western choices. the rooftop pool area provided a great way to unwind after a full day of exploring. a nice touch was the afternoon tea with traditional musicians.
i noticed some maintenance issues in my first room within the first few hours. it wasn't a great introduction. the gym equipment seemed outdated.

The hotel location is convenient. The staff members were very warm and helpful. I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar. It featured a swimming pool and a lovely city view. The breakfast included many options and catered to various tastes.
The gym equipment seemed outdated. I noticed some of it was either old or broken. I think it needs updates and more functional machines. This could improve the overall experience who use the gym.

I appreciated the attentive service. The housekeeper provided water bottles per my schedule. They accommodated cleaning as I requested. Staff checked the car whenever I exited after using transportation, that ensured I did not forget anything.
The minibar was not restocked daily.

The breakfast had a great choice of foods. I also loved the pool area. It was a lovely area to relax in after sightseeing.
the room wad somewhat smelly. the dimensions of the room wasn't well used with little space. it was also very noisy with hooting from the street all day.
