The room was quiet. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. I enjoyed the tea and snacks that were available in the room. The staff assisted with taxis and provided laundry service (i packed too much clothes).
It was not very noticeable, but it was the only thing i could think of.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. i appreciated the central location, near the bitexco tower. the rooftop jacuzzi was a bonus. It was nice.
The noise was quite noticeable. i heard everyone in the hallway. This impacted my sleep quality.
