Fantastic Stay with Excellent Amenities

I found the location to be convenient. The staff was really good and readily available to help with any questions. I was upgraded to a VIP Suite that was superb. The bed provided really good comfort.

I found the pool area needed slight updates. it still provided a welcome respite after a day exploring. This slight issue did not detract significantly from my overall experience, it could be better.

This hotel is near major attractions. The staff were cute and helpful. Breakfast offered a great selection, even for vegetarians. I found the rooftop pool refreshing after a day of exploring.

I thought the spa could use some updating. It didn't quite match the overall quality of the hotel.

The room featured a spacious layout. It included separate seating area and work desk. I also found city views quite excellent from my balcony.

The aging air conditioning unit had some issues. It struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, particularly during afternoon.

Solid stay in a prime spot

central location rooftop pool

i stayed here for four nights. the location was excellent, very near major attractions. walking to the river and saigon centre was simple (i enjoyed the cafe apartments, too). i found a 7-eleven just around the corner, very convenient. the rooftop pool was a real hit.

the bath and shower setup had a high step. i almost slipped when stepping out (i was being careful, too). this could be a safety issue, especially for older guests.

The hotel's location was superb. I found it easy to reach many district 1 attractions on foot (i got used to crossing the roads quickly!). the rooftop pool was a real blessing after exploring the city. I especially appreciated the chance to cool down there.

i found the combined bath and shower setup a bit awkward (it was quite high to climb into). i almost slipped getting out, so elderly guests might find it challenging.
