The staff were cute. They answered all my questions and provided helpful recommendations. The room offered a great size and had everything I needed. I appreciated that the bar was open 24/7, it allowed me to unwind after my excursions. I received a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival which was a nice touch.

The lighting design needs improvement because the room was quite dim at times.

the room felt quite small with all our luggage. there was no kettle for making tea or coffee i was disappointed. the noise from the street made it hard to sleep at night. also, i found the lighting in the room to be quite dim it was never bright enough.

the breakfast was great i especially enjoyed the vegan waffles the playroom offered a nice space for relaxation after a long day of travel luggage storage was very convenient allowing us to explore without burdens bike rentals provided an easy way to see more of the area.
