small room partial cleaning

my experience had some DISAPPOINTING aspects. the room size was SMALLER than i expected. also, , i had to request clean towels and toilet paper myself on two separate occasions. it SEEMED like the room was only partially cleaned once, with only a quick sweep done. the bed was not made, and the sink was not cleaned.

Great Hotel Experience

friendly staff renovated bathroom comfortable bed short stay

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was perfect for a short stay. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was newly renovated (it looks really modern).

The main door was a bit noisy. I could hear it slam shut, since it's a heavy fire door.

helpful staffs good location easy access clean room

the staffs were very helpful. they answered all my questions about direction. i also liked the location to main attractions. it made seeing shows quite easy and fast. the room was quite clean and tidy.

the bathroom felt small. there wasnt much space to move. the shower head was also a little low.

the beautiful double room included a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. a mini-fridge was available. the room had ample lighting from both natural and artificial sources.

the reception desk operated with extended hours and staff provided luggage storage. there was a shuttle service to the airport available at a reasonable cost. staff gave clear directions.

the location was super convenient for exploring. the room was very clean and had nice design, it was a great studio room upgrade!

the room was so small, a bed, with no place to sit except the bed.
