the club room upgrade i received offered a good experience. i found the room quite clean. the mattress was soft. i could also request an ironing table without problems. the breakfast was so great.

the swimming pool access was unexpectedly unavailable, not communicated beforehand and quite disappointing.

The food was super yummy, seriously good! the pool area is really cool. I spent a lot of time there. my room, an executive double or twin room, was clean and the housekeeping staff were amazing! it was the best.

the hand soap smell really wasn't my favorite.

the fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i saw that the outdoor pool area has about twenty loungers and a shaded section. this is really amazing!
