The staff was cute and helpful (Ms. Queenie and Mr Sung were especially lovely). The room was spacious, unlike what I anticipated for accommodations, and was very clean. Free breakfast was available, and many eateries nearby provided convenient alternatives. I used the airport transfer package, which greatly eased our travel with elderly parents and luggage.
The soundproofing was not ideal. I could hear conversations from the adjacent room clearly.

i was very happy with the location near nathan road. it was close to the mtr station and airport bus stops. many restaurants were also nearby, providing various dining options. the staff offered excellent service, and the beds ensured a comfortable sleep.
i noticed constant noise from the ventilation in my room , even when the air conditioning was off. this could be an issue for light sleepers, so better sound insulation would improve the stay.
