The gym had good views from the 28th floor. The rooftop swimming pool and bar also had great views. Staff were helpful.

The room I reserved was not available, so I got a smaller room. That was acceptable because my stay was short, though. I needed an adapter for the power outlet, but the hotel did not have any to loan. I had to buy one at a local mall.

The family room was spacious and very clean. The bell captain assisted with our luggage efficiently. I also appreciated the room's layout. I found the location convenient for shopping and dining.

The check-in process experienced a slight delay because the front desk area had limited space.

The rooftop pool provided a great view and had a shaded area with twenty loungers available. We loved the pool. The gym contained three treadmills and two stationary bikes. free weights for a complete workout, it was fantastic!
