the free shuttle service was convenient and took me to popular spots. the staff speaks english, which i found helpful as a foreigner (it made everything much easier). i had a bathtub in my standard queen or twin room.

the location is a bit far from the metro station.

i found alice cho at the front desk quite helpful. she gave useful information. she really helped streamline our stay. the hotel provides complimentary water refills.

the room i stayed in was quite small. there was little space to walk around the bed. storing belongings was difficult. the air conditioning did not seem to cool the room sufficiently.

the decor seemed dated, especially the bathrooms. the rooms was not properly maintained with dirty mirror edges.
