Before my visit, I called the hotel, and they gave me detailed directions from the airport (saving me money on transportation). The hotel accepted packages for me, which I ordered from Taobao. The staff was knowledgeable about nearby restaurants and provided clear directions to them.

the rooms were very clean, with the housekeeping staff maintaining everything well! the location is central, a short walk to major areas. i found it convenient to have shops like 7-eleven and marks & spencer nearby! the staff helped me discover the shampoo and conditioner brand used, a nice touch.
the air conditioning, even when turned off, allowed cold air to enter the room continuously.
