i appreciated the prompt room assignment i received. my harbour view room gave me an amazing view. the shower had excellent hot water pressure, and i found the room spacious enough. also, the manager let me check out later,.

the greenish blue paint in the hotel corridor looked quite sad. it really dampened my mood each time i walked to my room. the hotel should consider a change of color. this will cheer up the guests.

staff members were professional and friendly. michelle at the front desk gave great help with baggage storage. they helped me to store my baggage for some hours before my departure.

The bathroom was SUPER small. the shower stall didn't look thoroughly clean. the bed was terribly uncomfortable. It made for a short sleep. The lighting was pretty dim, hard to work at the desk. The price was not comparable to the hotel's features. I probably WON'T come back.
