the hotel has a very convenient location. victoria park is basically across the street. i found many dining choices nearby and easy access to the mtr. the concierge was excellent and so was the cleaning staff.
the doors felt very thin i could hear people in the next room returning late at night.

the hotel has a good venue for business travel and short stays. the location is perfect since it is right next to victoria park. many food choices are available in the surrounding area close to the hotel.

The staff was nice, assisting with luggage during check-in and promptly calling a cab upon checkout. i found the room well-furnished. Rearranging allowed us to open two medium suitcases. plus, two seating areas and a luggage stand were provided. the hotel's location impressed me, being just a short walk to the causeway bay area with convenient access to marts and eateries. it's such a good spot if you like shopping and food!
i must admit the hook in the bathroom was a tad too small for two towels, requiring a bit of creative arrangement.

The room was decently sized, allowing enough space to open luggage and move around comfortably. I was also charmed by the city view from the window. the bedding included a firm mattress and soft pillows and i liked the blackout curtains that ensured restful sleep.

The reception staff was friendly and quick to address any requests we had. I found them particularly helpful in providing local directions and recommendations. they arranged transportation without delay and ensured our needs were met promptly, such a relief!

the fitness center included three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a set of free weights, supporting a complete workout routine. i was glad the hotel offered free wifi, so i could stay connected, and there was a self-service laundry on site.

our housekeeper, candy, was professional. i could tell she cares about her work. she. i feel like the hotel is so lucky to have her.
i found the lack of complimentary bottled water quite inconvenient. only "filtered" water was available in a dispenser. this felt below the standard i expected.

The hotel's proximity to causeway bay mtr station (exit f1) made getting around the city easy. It was about a 10-minute walk. shops and a park were also very close to the hotel.

the reception team impressed me with its efficiency and attentiveness, with beata deserving special recognition for her really good service. the lobby staff were also always polite and cute. the concierge staff was also super helpful!
