the hotel was clean and i found the beds comfortable. its location near shek mun mtr station made travel very convenient. the mcdonald's below was also a nice convenience if i wanted a quick breakfast to go!!!

the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to a shopping center and kowloon. a welcome grocery store and a mc кафе are located right below the hotel. a shopping mall with local food options and a starbucks is a short walk to the left. i found the access to hong kong science and technology parks easy, particularly with the provided shuttle.

one of the cleaners tried to enter my room without permission. i had to verbally refuse her entry and block the door physically. during checkout, i was charged approximately 2000 hkd more than the initially agreed amount. the manager provided no explanation for this discrepancy (which was quite frustrating).

The room service was good and efficient. Our room assistant tidied up our room at the requested time daily it was great

I ordered in-room dining breakfast and requested it arrive between 10:45am and 11:00am. The staff sent it at 10:35am. I was in the shower with wet hair. This sloppy staff took out the dishes and put them directly on the desk they were in a hurry and refuted all my reasonable requests.

well designed counterclosed poolrude staff

The room had a well designed counter for placing luggage and bay windows allowed viewing the scenery.

The pool was closed for six months of the year. The restaurant reception staff were quite rude and would not allow me to take even a bowl of yoghurt to my room. It was disappointing.
