the location is definitely a plus. it's close to transport and many dining spots, i discovered. the staff were always polite and accommodating. the room i had was dark, i found that quite good for sleeping.

The door keycard was a bit unreliable. it needed changing several times . the fire alarm went off frequently, almost every other day. the toilet flooded once. I had to switch rooms on my first night.

i was so touched by the kindness of the staff, especially cicy, who upgraded our room. the lobby design captivated me, particularly the reception desk that resembled a treasure box. i found the hotel's location quite convenient with easy access to nearby transport options.

i noticed a slight musty scent in the room , perhaps from the carpet, and the lighting was somewhat dim.

the location was pretty good for getting around, near public transport.

Our room smelled strongly of old carpet. It was also quite dark, a bit disappointing. amenities were lacking, i found no complimentary water. it would have been nice to have even small bottles on arrival to welcome us.
