fantastic north point stay
easy check-in convenient transport powerful shower
check-in was easy reception staff were quick and very polite i was on the 32nd floor the room proved comfortable with tea and coffee i really enjoyed the powerful shower after a long day plus transport was very convenient the mrt station is just across the road and bus and tram stops are just outside the hotel.
room service and the bar closed very early i found no plug sockets available near the bed.

the room included a comfortable bed and a small work desk it also had a tv with several international channels i appreciated the availability of tea and coffee making facilities in the room plus there were city views.

reliable stay with good accessibility
excellent service mtr station high standard relaxing space
the reception and concierge staff provided excellent service and assisted with bus schedules. the location is near the mtr station with convenient shops. the daily room cleaning maintained a high standard and i had modern amenities on a higher floor. the hotel bar offered a relaxing space after sightseeing.

the breakfast selection leaned towards asian cuisine, although there were many coffee shops nearby for alternative options. the dining area featured a view overlooking the harbour. there was a varied array of food.

the staff members were consistently friendly and helpful, addressing my needs promptly. the door staff were particularly cute and assisted with directions. i found them to be efficient and courteous throughout my stay.

well kept bathtub dedicated kitchenette excellent space
I was charmed by the well-kept bathtub. It transformed the stay into a restorative retreat. the room included a dedicated kitchenette with a microwave. It offered perfect convenience. the accommodations provided an excellent sense of space. It was large and inviting.
