the complimentary shuttle to the train stations was very useful, i used it every day. the cafe offered a good selection of local dishes (i especially liked the noodles).

the gym had exercise equipment. it featured treadmills. the business room included a pc. it included printers too.

my room did not have much soundproofing. i could hear corridor noises.

I found the lack of on-site amenities disappointing. there was no bar or lounge. i also noticed a lack of adequate ventilation in the room. The windows did not open. this, especially in the mornings.

my room offered fantastic views of the central area. the staff were helpful.

The room size was disappointing. It felt tight. my unit looked as though it hadn't been updated in decades. the shower stall was really tight. Hot water supply was sporadic. access to and from the station seemed like it was a secret.

convenient location friendly staff outdated decor slow kettle

the staff were so helpful and friendly always ready to assist i felt very welcomed.

the room decor felt a bit outdated like stepping back into the 90s the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed. it made sleeping a challenge i also found the kettle very slow to boil water

My room included daily cleaning, SUCH a plus. the free shuttle bus was seriously helpful. It takes you to the central station.

the air purifier in the corridor was SUPER noisy at times.
