The hotel is directly above the Jordan MTR station. This setup provides unparalleled convenience for exploring the area. I found the rooms spacious and clean. Complimentary beverages in the fridge was a welcome amenity. The staff were helpful and polite.
The decor is quite dated and a general refurbishment could improve the overall experience.

the location is fantastic. it is close to the subway station. a direct bus to and from the airport, namely a21, is also available. i found many good eateries nearby. i appreciated the helpful and friendly staff too.
the room i stayed in was much better in photos than in reality. i noticed visible moisture damage on the walls with flaking paint. it also added to the noise.

The location provides direct access to transportation options. The hotel has a bus link from the airport and is located above the train station (this is quite useful!). I also appreciated the complimentary water and soft drinks provided in the room.
The front office staff was not very helpful. I requested assistance with getting a taxi to the airport, but this service was not provided. I think the service in this aspect could improve greatly.

The room was spacious and clean, providing ample space for luggage and movement. A daily maid service ensures the room remains tidy throughout the stay. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, and there is daily service if required (what a convenience!).
