The staff excelled and showed attentiveness to every need. concierge raymond woo charted excursions on local transportation such as metro and ferry. he gave exact routes to victoria peak, where i witnessed a beautiful sunset. His helpful tips ensured a seamless journey.

during my stay, i encountered one small inconvenience with the room. the air conditioning could not be adjusted sufficiently, which caused discomfort at night. a fix to this would allow a perfect stay.

The location was convenient. I easily accessed shopping and public transportation. The rooms were very comfy and tidy. I very much enjoyed the great views of the harbour.

I found some issues with the room. The shower glass door did not shut tight, so water spilled. This made the marble floor slippery. The bathroom lights were TOO dim. The flush did not work well, I needed to flush twice each time.

I stayed in a Harbour View Room for five nights. The location was great for exploring the area. It was close to the MTR station and several restaurants. The breakfast buffet had various options.

The air conditioning in the room was not cold enough. I could not adjust it. I woke up feeling a bit sweaty. The bathroom was not cleaned well, I noticed some stains on the furniture.

the room included two separate sinks i found this very convenient the rainfall shower worked perfectly as well the hotel provided ample towels. the breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of options i especially liked the selection of pastries and fresh fruit i found the dining area clean and well-kept. the location is near many restaurants i found several within a short walk from the hotel the proximity to the mrt was also very useful.

the daytime curtain did not close completely allowing a view from the neighboring building

i was very grateful for the concierge, raymond woo. he helped us plan excursions using local transport like the metro and ferry. he gave us exact directions to victoria peak, and we saw a beautiful sunset. the restaurant he recommended was very tasty, and the service was excellent. we loved korean barbecue so much we returned the next evening. raymond provided excellent, kind service, and we are so grateful for the very nice experience.

i found the room aircon could not be adjusted and wasnt cold enough. i woke up sweaty. the breakfast buffet seemed disorganized and staff let someone else sit at our table while we got food. it was humiliating. staff offered american breakfast in our room, but the choices were very restricted was good.
