i appreciated the hotel's proximity to tourist areas. there are many shops, restaurants, and parks nearby. the location offered central access. the staff was very polite and cute. i found the room rate to be very affordable. the bed was comfortable. the location near subway offered great convenience.

I found the location very convenient. It is quite near shopping centers and the MTR. The staff was friendly and courteous. I especially appreciated the hands-free charger at the bedhead. It was very useful.

The room cleaning was performed daily, even with the 'Do Not Disturb' sign displayed.

The breakfast buffet offered variety, including items from buffet type to set menu on various days. I could eat most things. There were baked beans, scrambled egg, and fruit on buffet days. The food was AMAZING!!!

The room size was sufficiently comfortable for two people, so that was great. International power outlets and USB charging were available. A kettle for tea and coffee was present. There was also a big television and great WiFi available.

MTR, buses, restaurants, and shops were all very close. Walking to the harbor was easy. This location is near many shops and public transport. An airport bus stop is also nearby.

The lobby included a vending machine that had toiletries and drinks available for purchase. Counter staff could speak English. They were also very friendly. I was able to check in early, at 12 p.m. instead of the usual time.

the lack of a designated drop-off area was a bit tough, as i had to lug my bags to a public parking lot.
