the location is convenient near the station. it was easy to reach on foot. the price was also competitive. the front desk team was helpful, showing a warm attitude and willingness to assist.
the room was too hot. the ac was broken, therefore i couldn't sleep well. i've found long hairs in the bathroom. there were also missing sheets in the bed.

The staff at check-in offered good advice. This was helpful.
The breakfast was disappointing. The bread was hard, and the coffee tasted bad. It all felt cheap. In the bathroom, there were loose wires in the shower. This is unacceptable.

The room was very clean. The daily room cleaning was a plus (I always appreciate that).
The air conditioning did not work well. I found that disappointing since the temperatures were not mild (it was quite hot).
