amazing broadway getaway!
easy access comfortable beds safe environment accommodating staff
i loved how close this location was to everything! the subway was super easy to access, so getting around was easy. the staff was also very accommodating. the beds and pillows were comfortable, providing restful nights after long days of exploring.
the room service timings were a bit inconvenient, starting only after 4pm.

the hotel's location is unbeatable!!! it offered immediate access to major attractions. the main attractions are also within convenient walking distance, so this was a time saver. public transportation access is another bonus.

location is great, but rooms need work
ac problem loud noises
The location was unbeatable. It was right in the heart of the city with access to attractions.
I was disappointed. The room had an ac problem with odd, loud noises in the middle of the night. it woke me up, and that was frustrating.

amazing location beautiful view outdated hotel small things
The location was amazing! It was steps away from Times Square. The view from my room was also beautiful on the 52nd floor, I could see everything!
The hotel seemed a bit outdated. I noticed small things around the room needed fixing. It seemed like the hotel had no intentions of fixing them, it was frustrating!
