i loved how close this location was to everything! the subway was super easy to access, so getting around was easy. the staff was also very accommodating. the beds and pillows were comfortable, providing restful nights after long days of exploring.

the room service timings were a bit inconvenient, starting only after 4pm.

the location was convenient to many attractions.

The air conditioning barely worked, and it was very humid in my room. I had to call maintenance twice. the phone in the room didn't work at all, and i couldn't contact the front desk easily. plus, there was a daily fee that included things i didn't even want or use, like tickets for a tour.

The location was amazing! It was steps away from Times Square. The view from my room was also beautiful on the 52nd floor, I could see everything!

The hotel seemed a bit outdated. I noticed small things around the room needed fixing. It seemed like the hotel had no intentions of fixing them, it was frustrating!
