wonderful stay!

spacious rooms large balcony good staff rooftop bar

i was happy with the spacious rooms. the new rooms include a large balcony. i also enjoyed the breakfast. staff was good and the rooftop bar offered some pretty views.

some elevator buttons did not work well.

the hotel location is close to the train. there are many restaurants around. a subway entrance is nearby, so travel is simple and fast. i found the area easy to navigate.

the room included a king size bed. there are two separate sinks, perfect for couples. the room also features a rainfall shower. the balcony offered additional space.

the balcony offered a great view. the staff was accommodating and very professional.

Satisfactory stay, some aspects need attention

heavenly beds room goodies pool rules inconvenient pool

Beds were really heavenly!!! I seemed like I was sleeping on a cloud. The view was lovely!!! I especially liked the selection of goodies in the room.

The rules around the pool and rooftop bar were the worst thing about my visit. The pool does not allow children after 12 p.m. This is really inconvenient for families. I don't understand why the pool cannot stay open later for hotel guests only. This could be unstaffed.

weak wi-fi high minibar prices

The advertised Wi-Fi was weak, and I found this frustrating, because I needed to work! It kept disconnecting, so I used my cellular data. The minibar's prices were high. I expect it at this level, but still. The hotel should do better on soundproofing.
