i liked this hotel. the location in Williamsburg IS great with easy access to restaurants and the L train. the hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea in the morning, that was a plus. the rooms was modern and very clean, i appreciate that. also, i found grocery store right next door, so useful!
There was a VERY slight issue with the noise. I could hear tv sounds from other rooms sometimes.

I liked the hotel's proximity to the subway, a short walk made getting around easy. The 24-hour umbrella rental was helpful during unexpected rain. I also found good restaurants nearby.
The ventilation system noise above my room was disruptive. It started early each morning. It did affect my sleep quality.

The lobby includes a common area suitable for working inside and outside. The hotel offers complimentary coffee and water are in the lobby. This is convenient. Paraplu's are available for rent.
