I must point out a couple of issues that bothered me. My room lacked basic amenities. There was no coffee maker (I really needed my morning coffee). the promised bottled water was nowhere to be found, a real letdown.

the location was very central. the staff was really helpful. i appreciated their assistance with directions. i enjoyed the comfortable bedding offered in the room. i was very happy with the restaurant food. i particularly enjoyed the apple-filled french toast.

Mediocre Stay at a Convenient Location
weak wi-fimissing mini fridge
I was looking forward to a comfortable experience, but the room fell short. The lack of a mini fridge was inconvenient. the Wi-Fi signal was very weak (practically unusable), and I struggled to get any work done. These issues detracted from the overall experience.

solid stay with a few quirks

i stayed in the berkshire suite . the room service from the restaurant was efficient. the terrace provided seating and an ashtray which was quite useful. the staff addressed requests promptly and showed great attentiveness.
the ground on the balcony terrace was warped in some spots. the image i saw beforehand was different from what i encountered. it detracted slightly from the overall experience.
