I found that the elevators took a longer time to arrive at my floor. I waited for approximately fifteen minutes.

A romantic escape!

I found the city view from the rooftop bar was great. The hotel windows provided such sound insulation. I could sleep well. The location had great proximity to subway. The breakfast was delicious too. There were many options. I felt amazing trying all of them .

The hotel lacked coffee machines within its rooms. I found that odd. Most hotels provide coffee machines. The staff didn't provide one to me upon request. I wish I could have a morning coffee in my room.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room had good size (especially in relation to what one can expect). I also appreciated the rooftop bar view of the Empire State building.

I wished i had a steamer in my room. I was also sad about the lack of counter space for my personal items. I had to keep some items in my suitcase. These issues detracted slightly from the overall convenience.
