the staff was helpful and friendly. the location provides easy access to subway lines. the proximity to many areas is beneficial. there was free tea and coffee available every day.
The gym is bare. The dumbbells were very light.

i stayed four nights in october. the hotel location was very close to major attractions. the room included a refrigerator and iced water became available daily. all staff from doormen to the front desk were helpful. the spacious room and cleanliness were particularly good.
the gym lacked good equipment. it needed leg machines besides cardio, dumbbells were light. i think they did not went beyond 20kg. this limited my workout options.

The room felt cramped. There was hardly any space for luggage. i also found the noise from outside really disrupted my sleep, even late at night. it sounded like the windows did little to block the city sounds. I expect more for the price

staff was friendly at all times. the lobby has a stylish design and a bar, it was nice to get a drink in the evening without going out. my room had everything i needed for my stay. it was comfortable and spacious.
the shower does not have a curtain. the bathroom floor was wet after showers. there was one small shelf above the toilet for toiletries and a cart with wheels.

amazing broadway stay!
friendly staffwalking distanceroom holdthoughtful gesture
the staff was super friendly. it was a convenient walking distance from broadway and times square, including subway stations. they kept my room since my flight was delayed, which i appreciated. i slept on an airbed, and they provided bedsheets for it the next day, very thoughtful.
the walls seemed a little thin, and i could hear some street noise at times, especially early in the morning.

The hotel location is excellent for accessing many theaters. I walked to Times Square quickly. The gym is well-kept with water bottles and towels available for guest use.
