the room size was good i had a kitchenette and a dining table. the linen and towels were fresh and serviced daily. the hotel is located near the center park and subway station.
i waited a long time to get the check and a drink at the lounge. the bartender was the cashier server and cook. the pizza tasted like cardboard it was really bad and expensive.

Excellent Stay in a Prime Spot

we found the hotel very convenient for exploring. its closeness to central park and subways was a real plus. our room felt spacious, it easily accommodated our family. i noted how efficiently the hotel staff resolved some initial issues we experienced, i commend their quick action.
the in-room thermostat didnt seem effective, i felt this made the room warmer than preferred.

the hotel location allows easy access to popular spots, including central park and columbus circle, this takes approximately five minutes by foot and i also found times square within a reasonable ten-minute walk.
